Payments for services are due at the time of service or advance monthly payments can be made.  We will be happy to file claims directly to your insurance as an out-of-network provider, or we will provide necessary documentation for you to file your claims.

Insurance Information

Parents are encouraged to check your plan carefully for speech & language therapy benefits. Talk Time Therapy files insurance as an OUT-OF-NETWORK provider.  Payment at the time of service is required, including sessions being filed with insurance.  Because Talk Time Therapy, Inc. files as out of network provider, the insurance company usually reimburses the subscriber or policy holder directly.  Parents are responsible for any amount not covered by insurance, including deductible and copayments. 

Payments

Because many of our students are given therapy at their preschool, daycare or private school setting, payments should be sent in with your child on their therapy day in their Talk Time Therapy notebook.  With busy family schedules, it is easy to forget to include payments.  We require a credit card to be kept on file for those days when payments are not submitted.  This enables us to continue to provide services to your child without interruption.
